I am a STOTT Pilates instructor, athletic wear representative and crazy fun mom, who loves life and the lessons it provides (the lesson part said through clenched teeth).

I am a hugely transformational being that enjoys people, expression through creativity and movement and is dedicated to bringing to the world my own unique message.

A scholar of psychology and spirituality, I am hard working, often scatter brained and way too fun loving for my own good.

I am a free spirited thrill seeker always ready for an adventure.

I am disciplined and flexible, driven and relaxed, exciting and often a bore.

I am a hopeless romantic who loves to dream.

I have been blessed with three beautiful children to nurture and marvel at with wonder, and am often awe struck with the sparkle in their eyes and how moved I am by the sight of each of their smiles.

All of nature, from the warmth of the sun on my skin to the sight of the stars, resonates with me. This world is amazingly beautiful if we truly look at it.

I am in love with my life (except the days that stink) and committed to  bringing other women to a place of self discovery and love themselves.
